Historic real estate that found a new use as home for a venture capital fund. A former toll house where money is now traded in larger quantities.

A proud mansion in a side street of the Meir. The kind of which the outside has to remain untouched, but where the inside offers a major challenge. With a wealth of details that many a specialist grit their teeth on. Personally, we found the stairs exceptionally charming, so we decided to make them more visible.

An architectural feat, with an impressive but intimate result. With a variety of meeting rooms, landscape desks and acoustically sealed workplaces, we have balanced functionality with aesthetics. Concentrated lighting supports its natural counterpart where necessary.

In doing so, we have bridged the gap between emotion and reason without losing sight of the inspiring character of the building.
