The challenge was to align seamlessly with the neighbouring buildings. We responded with an ingenious composition of high- and low-rise volumes: a new home for 27 apartments, with office and retail space on the ground floor.

Wherever you stand inside, the view of the Meuse remains captivating. Our daylight principle runs through the entire project. Large windows at both front and rear flood the spaces with light.
