Highly functional industry complex

With the closure of the Ford site in Genk, 120,000 square meters of estate suddenly became purposeless. Until another industrial giant needed space. A lot of space.

Instead of reusing the existing buildings, we chose to start from scratch. Inspiration for the design was found in the characteristic white stripes of the Essers logo. Besides that, the massive warehouse, 11 halls in total, exudes efficiency. We left not a single millimetre unused.

Not only general storage, but also special, super-secure storage rooms for expensive whiskey or medicines. We also designed offices for the support staff that are ergonomic and practical without compromising on style.

In doing so, we not only created a modern, highly functional industrial estate, but also gave the complex a visually enriching appearance.
